ABOUT US

IT BEGAN WITH A DREAM

Peak Power Gym Strength & Fitness was established 2016. Built with passion and love for training, by people who have trained collectively for over 20 years. It began with a dream and after major transformation of an old wagon garage, the gym was born.

The gym itself has an old school look with a range of resistance machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, along with an area for Olympic lifts with the use of bumper plates.

​

We believe atmosphere is paramount for a good training session, so expect good music and positive vibes with machine upgrades and equipment changes always imminent.

Peak Power help and encourage every member, beginner or advanced. We also offer a Sports Therapy Clinic with massage treatments which are available onsite.

We offer a range of strength and fitness classes with the option of personal training sessions, workout plans and nutritional advice.

OUR CLASSES

We offer a range of classes for all levels of fitness, beginner to advance these classes will test you and push your limits. 

A popular class throughout the fitness world. High energy & loud music, ranging from 30-40 mins, we like to keep the intensity high and the rest low, mixing high and low pace drills.

A lower intensity class utilising activation and contraction of the glutes (bum) and core muscles to increase strength and endurance. Using resistance bands, kettles bells and body weight exercises.

A dynamic use of kettle bells applying a whole body approach to the workout, different weighted kettle bells allow beginners and advanced to share the class.

This class is form & technique based to help women gain the knowledge & confidence to come in the gym & lift weights!

This is a mixture of cardio/strength and high intensity interval  training.

 

It will use a collection of body weight & weights. It will use a few different set ups, EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP, Time caps & paired work.

Circuit based class for all levels of fitness. from burpees to battle ropes this class uses a plethora of exercises in times intervals.

Ran by a Royal marine commando, this class is a military based circuit class, with anything 

to be expected when being 

trained by one our elite.  

High intensity interval training circuit employing an array of bodyweight exercises.
